A study revealed that just a few minutes of daily vigorous intermittent lifestyle physical activity (VILPA) can significantly reduce cardiovascular risks in middle-aged women who don’t exercise regularly. Women engaging in 3.4 minutes of VILPA daily saw a 45% lower risk of major cardiovascular events.
