Our union negotiated 4 cap of 20 stdnts in ELL Newcomer classes. After yes of teaching huge classes,it’s amazing diff in learning that happens with/that class size, plus reduction in tchr exhaustion. Time 2 dismiss any pundit or researcher who questions value of class reduction
