Few minutes of Yoga daily can improve heart health

Yoga, rooted in Indian philosophy, enhances heart health through physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. It reduces blood pressure, cholesterol, inflammation, and stress, promoting overall cardiovascular well-being.
