Boeing is gearing up again for its first astronaut launch. Liftoff is scheduled for Wednesday morning from Cape Canaveral, Florida. It’s the third launch attempt for NASA test pilots riding Boeing’s Starliner capsule. Rocket-related trouble thwarted the first two countdowns.
