SpotDraft, an AI platform streamlining contract ecosystems for in-house legal teams, has secured $54 million in Series B funding. Led by Vertex Growth Singapore and Trident Partners, the round also saw participation from existing backers Xeed VC, Arkam Ventures, Prosus Ventures, and Premji Invest. The cash will fuel its mission to revolutionize contract lifecycle management.

Twine Raises $2.3M to Unlock AI-Powered Sales Insights

Twine, an AI startup delivering conversation insights for businesses, has bagged $2.3 million (US$1.5M). Sydney’s Airtree led the round, joined by angel investors Gill Findlay of Immutable, Sam Nickless, CEO of Gilbert + Tobin, and Hemal Shah, Atlassian’s product VP. The funds will supercharge product development, enhance enterprise integrations, and sharpen AI-driven insight and routing capabilities.

PropHero Scores $25M Series A Led by Bailador for Proptech Push

ASX-listed Bailador Technology Investments has spearheaded a $25 million Series A for PropHero, a real estate investment startup. Bailador chipped in $12.5 million, with support from AfterWork, Jelix Ventures, Samaipata, Fifth Wall, and Opera Tech Ventures. The Sydney- and Madrid-based proptech, which raised $8 million in a 2022 Seed round, is set to accelerate its growth in property investment solutions.

NinjaOne Nabs $500M at $5B Valuation to Transform Endpoint Management

NinjaOne, an automated endpoint management platform, has raised $500 million in Series C extensions, hitting a $5 billion valuation. ICONIQ Growth and Alphabet’s CapitalG led the charge, joined by top private investors. The funds will drive R&D into autonomous endpoint tools, patching, vulnerability fixes, and IT solutions to boost employee device experiences.
