Man wakes up to something crawling in his nose, finds cockroach in respiratory tract three days later

A 58-year-old man from Haikou, China, discovered a cockroach lodged in his trachea after experiencing an unusual stale odor and coughing up yellow sputum. A chest CT scan and bronchoscopy confirmed the presence of the insect, which was successfully removed by Dr Lin Ling at Hainan Hospital.
