Swedish and German researchers have shown that people who eat more plant-based oils cut their chances of heart attacks and strokes by a third and their risk of developing diabetes by a quarter. Swedish and German researchers have shown that people who eat more plant-based oils cut their chances of heart attacks and strokes by a third and their risk of developing diabetes by a quarter.
